| If you don’t see the shape you want, then we can create a new shape from scratch for you*. You would have to provide us with a basic design and size requirements in order for us to quote accurately and your minimum order quantity must be for 1000 pieces. A tooling charge is chargeable for all new shapes. Once your order has been placed we would create a plaster cast shape from a mould, using your design, which we would send to you for approval. This would not be sprayed or printed, it would only be to agree the shape. On approval of this we would then use the mould to produce a pu (stress) sample which would be sprayed and printed as per your order. On approval of this sample, we would proceed with full production. This whole process usually takes 8-10 weeks but obviously depends on the complexity of the shape and how quickly approval can be given. We have made many new shapes which are completely unique to a brand or company and have added to the success of many marketing campaigns. *within reason and subject to sight of design. |
