To help understand the process involved, see below the main stages of creating your perfect bespoke stress item:
1st Stage – ‘The Shape’
When you place your order, we create a clay mould for you to approve. Images are sent via email showing all the different angles of your design. We can amend this clay mould until you are happy with the shape. The clay mould will not be in the final colours and is not printed - it is only the shape mould for you to approve prior to the tooling being made. The first clay moulds take approx. 1 week from date of order.
2nd Stage – ‘The Colours & Print’
Once the clay mould is approved, we can make the tooling and proceed with the Pre-Production sample. This will take 3-4 weeks. We will also proof the print / logos at this stage. You will then receive images via email of the finished pre-production sample including print for approval.
3rd Stage – ‘The Production’
Once you approve the pre-production sample, we proceed with the mass production which takes a further 3-4 weeks
4th Stage – ‘Shipment and Delivery’
Once production is finished, the items go through our final QC checks and photographs of the finished item will be sent to you via email for reference. Items will then be suitably packaged and prepared for airfreight into the UK. Upon arrival in the UK, the items will clear customs and be despatched from our warehouse to any UK destination. Shipment and delivery will take approx. 1 week. We can also ship to international destinations upon request.
The whole process will take 8-10 weeks in total, depending on the complexity of the shape and approval times, so please make sure you leave plenty of time for your perfect bespoke stress item to be made and delivered!
